I am a turfgrass professional(Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science) and a recent graduate of Code:You, where I got certified for Web Development. Currently learning React to expand my skill-set. Currently looking to find an entry-level role in web or software development.
About Me
I'm a Code:You Web Developement graduate(December 2025) with a non-traditional background. After more than 20 years solving real-world problems in lawn care and golf operations I've transitioned into tech with a practical, results-driven mindset.
Through Code:You and freeCodeCamp, I’ve built hands-on projects that solve actual business problems, including a weather tracking app and CheMixer, a chemical-mixing tool inspired by my industry experience. I don’t just write code to pass tutorials—I build tools that make work easier, safer, and more efficient.
I bring strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to every team I work with. Whether it’s debugging a tricky issue, learning a new framework, or translating real-world needs into clean, maintainable code, I’m comfortable stepping up and figuring things out.
